Physique 57, renowned for its luxury barre workouts worldwide, entrusted Atelier Birjis with designing the interiors of their fitness facility in Bangalore. Tasked with accommodating numerous amenities within a compact 2500 sqft space, our challenge was to include 2 barre workout studios, a reception area with a waiting lounge, separate men’s and women’s locker rooms, a common washroom, a six-person office, a pantry and a lunch table.

Strategically positioned window openings were designed to frame the surrounding greenery, providing serene views for our patrons. The studios, located at the forefront, offer expansive views of the garden opposite the residential block, while the office and women’s locker rooms overlook a majestic mango tree. Embracing a predominantly white palette with subtle black accents, we infused pastel tones from the brand's colors into the restrooms. White fluted panels adorn the studios and reception, serving as distinctive feature walls.
